Mama Wimbi Project Participants
DRC has a relatively new government which has promised to make all public schooling free of charge. Unfortunately, the teachers' pay is slow in arriving, especially in the East of the country, and in secondary schools.
Because of this, poor students can still expect to be thrown out of school because they do not have the means to pay the fees. Then next year they will have to start the same year of study again ...
All of these students speak Swahili, French and Esperanto and would love to chat with you.
Those most urgently in need of "adoption" are Mikaelo, Joyce, Daniel, Josiane, Jean kaj Nelson.
