Here I describe a possible system. You'd get an npc in important hot-spot locations for PvP So maybe in Varrock or Falador near RuneScape gold a safespot on the outskirts of the town or at the bank.
The bounties needs to be of a player that's within a specific number of combat levels as you. For instance a level 100 character cant keep taking level 20 combat assignments. Thats just genocide! Also the bounties are arbitrary, so if you take one you must meet it or wait 20 minutes to find another one. A bounty is never lost, if a person doesn't take action within a day's time then it's put back into the huge bin of bounties. Or if you exchange off one, which means that your 50k that is down on"Blackxp" for example is never wasted and he'll die sooner or later.
You also can only place a bounty on a participant every 20 minutes, which means you cant attempt to RWT it by putting it on a participant constantly and having a friend reap the benefits. (you will never receive a bounty you placed yourself) This will contribute to The Camping system. Members of your camp who have a bounty on thier mind will be indicated with an arrow, a large gloomy , over thier head.
I've made up an idea to rank your PvP abilities. I suggest that it's allowed to be rated on the hiscores system. I thought of the idea to see how you can compare to other people with PKing. To have the grading system, we would have points. These points would depend upon: How many Cheap OSRS gold players were involved in the kill. A specific point would be given to every one of these variables, and you should have at least 5,000 points to enter the hiscores. I believe this sounds reasonable and it is going to help compare your PvP mini-game scores with other people.
